Being a co-worker at Häggatorp
Co-workers take part in weekly meetings about the various aspects of the work, and in an educational programme that offers theoretical insight into an anthroposophical understanding of people with special needs.
In this way the practical experience gained from taking part in daily life is complemented by theory, binding the practical and the theoretical aspects of the work together.
As a co-worker you
It is also essential that co-workers attend courses that strengthen their ability and interest in the areas of learning that matter to them in the work.
