How Camphill Häggatorp handles your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your rights
The GDPR has strengthened the protection of personal privacy. The most important parts of the regulation are:
- You have access to the personal data we hold about you.
- You can have incorrect personal data corrected.
- You can have your personal data erased.
- You can object to your personal data being used for direct marketing.
- You can object to your personal data being used for automated decision-making and profiling.
You can contact us at any time to (1) get access to your personal data, (2) have incorrect data corrected and (3) have the personal data we hold, and the material you receive from us, removed. Regarding points four and five, we do not use (4) direct marketing or (5) automated decision-making and profiling.
When you contact us, you consent to Camphill Häggatorp registering the personal data you submit so that we can answer your question, including if you return to the same matter later.
If the information does not become part of a case, all data is deleted after two years.
